Chapter 26. Hidden Library (1)
William jumped in through the window, “Where have you been young man?” the lights suddenly came on. Elizabeth was seated at his desk, her legs crossed.
William froze and pulled his head down, “woods.”
“To do what?” Elizabeth asked again, rubbing her forehead thinking of what to do with William.
“Walk.” He said, going about the room preparing his outfit for the day, he’d pulled his sneakers and placed them back on the shoe rack.
Elizabeth stood up, “Sure in your nightwear, yay, model witch of the year.” she spoke in a belittling tone.
William stopped what he was doing and gave her attention, “not everyone likes to take a walk in the woods looking like a fashion statement that got thrown up by a rainbow,” he snickered.
Elizabeth couldn’t keep up with him anymore, she gave up and left him alone. ‘It’s no use,’ she thought.
