How much of that is true versus dramatic for the sake of scaring the entire pack into compliance is hard to say. But with how convinced Tristan seems to believe it’s true, I’m inclined to err on the side of caution.

If Cyrus is planning on actually sending an army to kill us, he’ll need some place to do so without humans around.

Out of any alpha I’ve ever met, he is the one most adverse to humans and getting involved with anything that has to do with them. If we’re able to stay where it’s populated, we’ll be safe for the time being.

An enforcer or two trying to pick us off when our guard is down is a strong possibility, but not a large enough one to keep me from isolating us any further than we already are.

Clearly, whatever anger her father is feeling for not only allowing Ainsley to infiltrate pack Redmoon’s borders not once but twice is leading him to make this final showdown a big display of power.
