The gate at the Black Hills border opened. Their lead warrior, Cara, and Delta Edwin walked out.

“And why not?” it was Cara.

“Why’s returning not an option? Do my warriors insult you? Well, they learn from yours!” she mocked.

I cocked my head. “Oh, I wasn’t aware your warriors were learning from mine. Well, they forgot a lesson mine got—don’t mess with me.”
