Chapter 47

Tuesday morning.

As usual, I got ready for school, made my hair into a neat ponytail, and went downstairs for breakfast.

My aunt was in the kitchen when I got downstairs, Nick wasn't there, I wondered if he could wake up in time for school today. My thoughts immediately shifted to Uche, what if he couldn't also wake up in time for school, they were butt drunk yesterday. Uche didn't come online last night like he usually did.

"Good morning Aunt," I greeted when I got to the kitchen. She turned to me with her usual broad smile.

"How did you sleep?" She asked.

"Good. What are you making? The Kitchen smells niceee." I asked before peering my head over her shoulder to see her stirring some eggs in a pan. I couldn't believe it was just eggs that smelt that good, Nick's eggs didn't have the aroma her's had.

"Someone's hungry," she laughed at how I looked to see what she was cooking. "What did you guys have last night anyway?"
