Chapter 129. Unexpected Revelations
Lost in thought, Hubert stroked his chin. If this space mirrors city S, is there a connection? Surely, there must be some link. But the minds capable of deciphering this weren’t present. The only one who could possibly fathom the workings of such a land was Theodore. Domi was another, but he was currently suppressed and unreachable.
As Hubert ruminated, he caught Jacob’s gaze, still seemingly startled by his earlier actions. He silently cursed himself; he wasn’t some naive adolescent anymore. Jacob shouldn’t be that astounded by such a trivial act. He pressed on,
"Does Domi have insights about this realm? Being the orchestrator of this apocalypse, he ought to know about significant sites like this meteor crash, right?"
Jacob responded, "I’ve told you before, Domi isn’t the creator of the apocalypse. He foresaw it and that’s why he acted as he did."
Remembering, Hubert mused, "Has Domi some superpower of foresight then?"
