Chapter 53. Strong Grip

Roseanne's pov

I ignored Clara's words and turned to see what the time on my wall clock was saying

"Gracious God, 10:30" I exclaimed and jumped out of bed, bringing my hands up to pack my hair properly. I said "Talk to you later Clara, bye now" I ended the call before she could protest.
