Chapter 110. Anniversary Cake Fail

I wanted this to surprise Min but I was horrible at baking. I should have just made a simple meal but I went out to bake a cake. I have never made a cake, never taken classes but I thought I could do it. 

"Hey, what is wrong with my princess?" Min asked and wiped the lone tear that was slowly running down my face. His touch broke the dam and I started bawling. 

"I wanted to bake you a cake but I messed it up and now we have this really hard bread," I said pointing at the supposed cake behind me. 

"At least it looks really pretty, you sure do know how to paint a cake," he teased. I punched him and watched him clean my tears. "There's my pretty princess, let's eat your masterpiece," he said and pulled a chair for me. I got settled in and he settled into the order. I filled his glass with the jar of juice on the table. The table was decorated with a cake, a jar of juice, and all my favorite berries.
