Chapter 16. Don't Hurt Emma

Arthur Jonas entered his office with frustration appeared all over his face. His daughter, Frida Jonas, followed behind him.

"What is this, Frida!?" Arthur Jonas slammed his desk, causing some stationery items to fly off. "You said everything was under control. But look at this!"

Frida let out a heavy sigh. She didn't understand what had happened at the press conference earlier. How could Andrew confidently introduce Emma as his future wife? For five years, Frida had ensured that the only woman close to Andrew was Rose. She helped Rose get close to Andrew and, in return, made Rose promise not to marry Andrew anytime soon. At least until all of Arthur Jonas' plans went smoothly.

Rose was Nick William's niece, Frida's husband. The girl often attended some Jonas family events and company gatherings. She had been interested in Andrew since the first time she saw him.
