Chapter 15. Black Swan

The press conference was attended by the entire extended Jonas family, without exception, including Abraham Gilbert. As a son-in-law in the family, he had no interest whatsoever in the Jonas family business. He had his own nationwide electronics distribution company and was even dubbed the "Electronics King."

If it weren't for the request from Fiona Jonas, his wife, or Arthur Jonas, his father-in-law, to attend this press conference, he had no plans to come. Wasn't it enough to let his eldest son, Shawn Gilbert, work at Jonas? They only gave him a position as an operational director for their son. His pride as a father and a prominent businessman was deeply hurt.

Abraham Gilbert was waiting for the right time to pull Shawn out of the Jonas Group and join his other two brothers, Aidan and Joseph Gilbert. The three of them were the hope for Galaxy Electronics. Who else would carry on their company if not them? But, of course, Abraham knew he had to be careful.
