"Did you enjoy the dinner?"

"Yeah, it was awesome as always."

Levi and I just finished dinner at my apartment. I was always amazed every time I saw Levi in the kitchen. His cooking ability was part of his charm. I knew that cooking was more an ability than a talent, but with Levi's intimidating appearance and food-making skills, I genuinely believed that life wasn’t fair. Levi was far from a perfect guy—because nobody was perfect except for those who were narcissistic—but everything about Levi was close to perfection as I had ever witnessed. Levi smiled before taking a sip of his wine. "You must be excited to see him in two days."

I nodded. "I feel a bit weird that the apartment is so empty."

"We should have dinner together when he comes back."
