Anger hit next. Was there any chance that Alpha Killian knew about this? If that was true, it would explain why he never liked her since forever and always favoured Eleanor over her. But it doesn’t explain why she and Eleanor looked exactly alike.

“You’re boiling,” Elijah said, grabbing her chin and tilting her face so she was staring at him again, “What’s going on in that smart head of yours?”

“I’m just wondering if Killian knows about this. Probably why he hates me so much, but doesn’t explain why he didn’t just kill me when he found me...,”

“Hmm,” Elijah rumbled, “Or maybe he just hates people who are different so much. Just like how he loathes Omegas and despises rogues with every fibre of his being because he knows he cannot fully control them. And then, you are human, and we all know humans are the most unpredictable species on this earth and then you grew up carrying the family name which makes him even angrier, and you had no wolf to top it all...,”
