POV: Jaewon

My mind was spinning. Literally spinning!

I didn’t want to admit it out loud or even let it show to avoid scaring Harin even more, but I couldn’t stop thinking about what was actually happening. My eyes might be wide open, and my mind overloaded with thoughts.

A baby? A real baby?!

So, you mean Harin is carrying a baby, and it’s mine?!

I’m really in shock!

I see how restless Harin is, and I worry about how he feels. When we finished eating the pizzas and watched two more episodes of the series, I was happy when he invited me to sleep in his apartment. So, after the shower, we were lying side by side, staring at each other.

I could see how uneasy his eyes were. His breath was heavy, and he couldn’t stop fidgeting. With that, I took the opportunity to ask, genuinely concerned:

“Are you okay?”

Harin sighs deeply and shrinks.

“I don’t know.”

“Can you tell me more about how you feel about all this?”
