Shock froze me in place.

My body went cold as I stared at the strange woman with streaks of violet in her dark hair, and violet eyes that were filled with mischief, but also looked so familiar.

Those words kept echoing in my head.

Hello, sister.

Sister?

My mind scrambled. I didn’t have a sister. I had never had a sister. So who the hell was she talking to? I had never had a family. No parents. No last name. Just Aria, the omega without a last name that everyone looked down on.

The hallway was quiet, and the air was tense. My heart pounded hard in my chest. I opened my mouth, but no sound came out.
