Aria's POV

Shawn ran after me. “But…but… you're his mate, the Luna Qu—”

“Don't call me that,” I muttered bitterly, walking faster. I was just an omega who was deceiving herself to be more.

Shawn silently followed me. As I got to Knox's office door, I raised my hand to knock, but the door opened.

It wasn't Knox who stepped out.

It was a beautiful female werewolf that reminded me so much of Veronica. She was tall, and she had long pale blonde hair and familiar blue eyes that stared at me with a sneer.

“Yes? What is it?” She sneered, closing the door behind her.

Several thoughts raced through my mind. Who was this lady? And what was she doing in Knox's office?
