"Oh no! This is going to be bad for you." Tania slurred, her voice shaky due to fear, but I wasn't perturbed. I was only hurt because Alpha Rolan publicly announced that I wasn't exempted.

I shouldn't have expected him to act differently anyway.

"I'll leave you all while she introduces herself further and passes her rules. Do not disobey her, or you'll encounter her wrath, and I won't be there to save you." He warned and patted Amma on her shoulder then went through the same hallway she came out from.

Alpha Rolan acted like someone who was being manipulated. I wondered how he could have put her in charge under such a short period of time.
