"Mommy," she grabbed onto my wrinkled t-shirt and her cries died away when I rubbed her back mindlessly. It has been ages since I took care of a baby, and it was like riding a bike. They always loved me and little Tara was no exception.
"No, baby, mommy is not here, but daddy is." I turned her to let her view Jasper who was still sleeping like a log, yesterday was a rough one and I let him sleep it off while I changed her diaper and make her a new bottle.
