The room shakes in agreement nudging heads and smiling faces. It is as if you can feel pulse rates rising; indeed, we are going to have a productive session.

"Alright now we need to get down to business," turning towards marketing manager I say “Our sales have been constant during this quarter so we need change something. Tell me how do think we should go about changing our marketing strategy in order to reach more clients?".
