"Slow down" Jessica after Xavier panting and sweating heavily. He slowed down his jog and jogged back to meet her. 

"Have you always been this fit?" she asked taking deep breaths to steady her breathing. 

"I thought you would be more fit than this?" he asked still jogging on one spot. "You go jogging every morning around the house yeah?"

"You mean around the palace? I jog only halfway and I walk slowly for the rest" Jessica said finally catching her breath." We have been at this for almost an hour now and I am exhausted" she said sitting on the ground. 

Xavier stopped and crouched down to her level." You were the one who wanted us to exercise together and I thought it was a good idea too" she said wiping the sweat from his forehead. 

"That was when I thought you were unfit. I thought I could outrun you. I also thought we would do a little maybe thirty minutes a day but this is extreme" she said lying down.
