To Jessica and every other person, it was as if Jason and Alicia were in a rush to get married, and now that Jessica loved Xavier, she kind of understood. She could not imagine a day without him and what her life would have been like. Alicia had insisted that both Leslie and Jessica would be her bridesmaids because she had no friends.

While Jessica was showing heavily, Leslie just had a protruding stomach that could be mistaken for overeating. It took a lot to convince Xavier to allow his wife to stand for that long. Alicia promised him to keep their vows short and precise so his precious wife would not have to stand for too long.
