The makeup was done with a lot of complaints from Jessica. She found the artist’s style a bit too much to handle.

“I don’t intend to steal the show,” Jessica said when Leslie tried to convince her to wear heavier makeup.

“You are married to a Delgado; you would always steal the show even if you did not mean to,” Leslie told her.

Since she knew Xavier quite well, she also knew about his family issues. She knew what Genevieve did and why she did them. She had not seen her in a long while.

She liked the woman for some very weird reason, which seemed only appropriate to her.
