Despite Bianca’s past anger toward him, Peter had always cared for her like a precious daughter.

If the baby were indeed hurt, Peter’s love for Bianca would turn into deep resentment.

Ashley couldn’t hide her smirk as she watched the scene unfold. She turned to Joshua and held onto his arm, seizing the opportunity to speak ill against Bianca.

“Mr. Reed, do you see? I was right about her. Bianca isn’t just mean. She’s downright cruel. She’s caused trouble for me and my mom in the past. And now, she’s even gone against an unborn baby. Disgusting, isn’t she?”

Joshua snorted, shaking his head. “I’ve dealt with women like her before. Luckily for her, she didn’t succeed last time.”

To Joshua, Ashley seemed almost innocent compared to Bianca.

“I need to take Stacey to the hospital. We’ll talk about this later,” Peter said firmly, picking Stacey up and giving Bianca a stern look.
