Adam gave her a word that he would divorce her after a year. Whenever she thought about it, her heart sank in pain. Why would she have a feeling for this man? It would be good if she didn’t notice his warmth.

As Enid shook Grace, Grace came out of her thoughts and looked at Enid.

“What happened? You look distracted.” Enid was worried.

“I am fine.” Grace smiled.

“Okay, let’s go to sleep,” Enid said, distracting Grace. Enid could only do that. After knowing the truth from her lover, it was hard for her to digest. Sometimes it brought a heaviness in her heart. She would be the family member right now if Zev didn’t stop her from marrying him. He didn’t want to start his life, not right now. Since many things happened in one year, he was a bit hesitant to do anything.

“Okay.” Grace smiled. Both of them sett
