Summer came downstairs with her laptop and their dad came to view.

"Dad" Fernando greeted lazily and he knew something was wrong with Fernando.

"Buddy, is something wrong?" He asked on-screen and Fernando shook his head as he forced a smile.

"I'm fine Dad," Fernando replied and Summer's face popped on the screen.

"He's missing his girlfriend even though he sees her every day" Summer replied and Fernando glared at her.

"What?" She asked nonchalantly and he shook his head slowly.

"I'll be back to California later in the evening," he said and Summer squealed happily while Fernando smiled.

"Daddy get me a huge teddy bear while coming and several bowls of ice cream" she replied and he nodded once.

"Consider it done princess" he replied and returned his gaze to the troubled Fernando.

"What should I get for you buddy?" He asked Fernando.

"Two fountain pens and the latest headphone for my songs" Fern
