Chapter 72

"Honey, but their gazes are very different. They don't look at me like they're looking at a human being," I whispered back to Alpha.

Alpha then grabbed me to walk into the hospital.

"I'm sorry, Alice!" Alpha replied while holding hands and walking with steps that seemed to be in a hurry.

"Wait! Why did you suddenly pull me to walk so fast?" I asked as I tried to walk quickly, following in Alpha's footsteps.

"I just realized that they were all wolves." So, most likely they are interested in your scent and beauty," Alpha replied with a tense face.

What Alpha said scared me a little. But, as soon as I saw Alpha's body and his hand that held my finger so firmly, it made me sure that I would be safe next to the man who always protected me.

Our steps stopped in front of one of the rooms with the door closed. Alpha took a deep breath and then knocked on that door very politely.
