Chapter 101. Festive Atmosphere

She started dancing and I saw her pressing her hips at Edison’s thighs, making me snort. Edison must have felt my sudden change of mood.

“I-I am sorry but I am with my wife,”

The irritation in me faded the moment I heard him say the words and the woman looked up at me and gave me a smirk before she danced her way away from Edison and into the middle of the crowd. But even before she got lost in my sight, I saw her make a final look at me which made me a bit worried. I just hope she’s not some kind of trouble that we have to deal with in this place.

I decided to go down from Gram’s back and walk beside Edison, not just because I wanted to push girls who wanted to make an attempt to seduce him but also because my thighs were starting to feel sore.
