Chapter 157. Wiped Memory

Jonas took her hands away from his chest gently and looked down at her, “We are just discussing something here, love. I will go back to you later after we’re done here.”

I can never imagine her looking so lovingly at another person just like how she looked at me before. But the way she smiled at Jonas made it clear to me that I already lost her. Literally. Like I was erased from her life and her memories just to save her from further pain after she lost our babies. Is it me? Am I the problem here? Do I just make her life miserable?

Then I remember when I forced her to live with me in the Tyrell Palace when she was living her life peacefully in Ralph’s household, just to test if our bond would work and to forget the pain in my heart about the loss of my loved ones who died from the last war.
