I stayed completely quiet as I looked at the man for a few seconds. I had grown used to his out lashes on me since his bitch of a daughter chose to do the unexpected. Her disappearing from her bedroom was the last thing that I thought would happen, and the fact that she had the door closed in her room since I left, without a word or sound, made me believe that she slept to get ready the way that a bride should. However, I was surprised when the next morning, the maids informed me of her absence.
