I wrapped my arm around Eleanor who laid her head on my chest as my driver took us to the plane.

She laid her head on my chest, and I smiled as I kissed her temple. 

I was more than a little thankful for the fact that she was feeling more content around me.

Her heartbeat was calm and she seemed somewhat more confident right now. Her wolf allowing her to shift was something that I was more than happy for. And the fact that she was trusting me enough to want to fix things between us was something that I didn’t know.
