Chapter 25. Making Talitha Suffer

Queen Galina’s POV

“Venita you have to contact the best healers to get an antidote for the venom of death. The Alpha ingested it by mistake and he’s currently incapacitated.”

“Terrible.” Venita expresses shock as she almost slipped to the floor but her strong legs were quick to take cover as she rests her hands on the wall for support.

“I’m more shocked than you are, but what is more important is making sure the Alpha survives.”

He was running out of time and so were his chances to make it if we haven’t gotten a cure he would kick the bucket.

“Since I was born I’ve never heard of an antidote.”

“No! There must be an antidote.” I shook her hands strongly as she meets my gaze “... I don’t care what you do but make sure before forty-eight hours you have the cure.”

My temper rose past its peak and it swarmed turbulently through my veins and it took great self-control not to go on a killing spree breaking the necks of whoever I set my eyes on.
