“We are going to need to make sure to monitor everything that goes in and out. You, Lorenzo, are going to be my eyes and ears. For now, I cannot approach her because I know that eyes are following. But you're going to watch every move, and I want it reported to me.” I said, looking at my gamma, who nodded.

“Yes, Alpha, I'm going to be sure to satisfy.” He said, and I smirked.

The day was starting off as normal. I knew that Sienna was coming. However, I did not expect Claire to storm in like that. Her eyes were sharp with anger and her tone cutting through the room even before I opened my mouth about the fact that she had just barged in without knocking on the door.

“She almost got caught,” she snapped, pointing a finger at Selene with enough venom to poison the air. “And if it weren’t for me, we’d all be exposed. Do you have any idea what that would have cost us? Do you have any idea what would have happened if Kai had seen her?”
