“Your fever has dropped after the medication, but you need to allow yourself to recover, Luna. What you are doing is not going to help you. The nurses are telling you to rest, everyone is telling you to rest, and yet you are refusing to do so.” I said gently.

I wrung the damp cloth in my hands until water dripped onto the marble floor. My fingers trembled as I pressed it to Claire’s forehead.
