Chapter 84. Savannah’s Plan

Liam’s POV

The pain seared through my flesh as Savannah raked the blade over my chest. The evil harpy straddled my body, my arms forced above my head fixed into the cuffed restraints of the chains. It felt like burning across me, as though the blade had been heated over a hot flame. The scent of my blood filled my nostrils as the blood poured from my wound.

A screeching cackle came from Savannah as she pushed the blade into me once more, slowing the movements down enough to watch the healing process begin from where she started. It sickened me how her eyes focused on the injury she created. As though she was fascinated by the wounds she inflicted on me. Like a child torturing a bug, ripping off its wings and leaving it to suffer.

“Savannah,” I rasped through the pain “You need to stop, this isn’t the answer,” The last thing I wanted was to beg before this woman, but I felt like it was heading that way “Please.”
