Chapter 222

Dashing across the forest floor, Raphael’s wolf jumped and dodged twigs and trunks, not stopping even for a second. His thoughts were muddled and Raphael didn’t bother sorting it out. Different emotions clouded his mind and Raphael ran faster without any idea where he was headed. He ran till he got tired before shifting back to his human form and crashing to the ground.

An agonizing howl echoed across the forest. “ ALENA!!!” He yelled allowing the tears he held back for the past months to finally fall. He cried and cried, yelling and calling to his mate to come back to him. He pleaded and begged yet he knew she was gone for good.
