Katarina's POV

Teaching with Xerxes was not what I had expected. He was strict, rigorous and... arduous. Since past this week he had been teaching me how to work with knives, and blades to slice any man or wolf though I often found this training fun watching them it was another thing doing it on my own.

On the first morning of my training, he was gentle with me, he only taught me some moves and made me jog several times on the grounds. Xerxes was watching me as I panted and my face flamed red, but he just stood there with his arms crossed over his chest and eyes narrowed on me.

To be honest, his heated gaze was sinfully intense. Every time he gaze at me, it felt like he was gazing into my soul. At night Xerxes did not force me into having sex with him, he just cuddled into my chest and slept like a baby. I was enjoying this growing relationship.
