“Huh? Kind sir, will you be so pleased that you take me to my room?” She asked.

“Of course, this way,” he said holding her hand. He led her through the corridor until they were at the very end and standing in front of a door her vision cleared.

The man in front of her was tall and dark and he looked strong, like someone she could depend on. Was that not why she had married the Alpha? Was that not why she had begged her beautiful cousin Aesha to reject the Alpha’s proposal so that she could have a chance with him?
