Santiago’s POV

When I get to the pack, Rachael, Mirabelle and Adrian are sitting outside. Adrian is on his laptop and the girls each have a book in their hand. Mirabelle looks miserable today, her hair is in a wild mess like she didn’t bother to comb it.

Racheal on the other hand looks like Mirabelle does on most days, flawless. She looks happy, truly happy not like she’s been falsifying her joy these past few days.
