Lennox’s POV
“That was foolish, Lennox.” Luther huffed, his agitation roaring louder than his words. “We had her—our sister—right here in her own home after fourteen long years, and we just let her walk away with those fucking assholes.” He couldn’t stop pacing the room. “They even carry a fucking curse on their heads. What if she’s been tainted by being in their pack?” he exploded, still seething. I stayed silent, tearing through my meal in the private dining room adjoining my chamber.
