Gabby’s POV

His footsteps got closer and closer, in panic, I stood up immediately and went into the darker part of the cell next to Kate and laid next to her pretending to be asleep. He was before my cell now and his scent filled my nostrils more and I heard his feet stop.

‘Wow,’ Hera purred, ‘fuck he smells heavenly.’

I rolled my eyes at her and laid there. I could agree with her, he did smell like heaven if only he behaved like an angel to match his scent.

“I know you aren’t asleep.” His voice boomed, it was so deep and pleasant to hear. I almost purred along with Hera, “Come forward.” He commanded but I remained where I was.

“I said come forward!” He spat with a growl and I hurried to my feet with my head bent and walked forward to meet him. I didn’t dare look up, I kept staring down at his well-polished shoes and I noticed that he had huge feet from how big the shoes were.
