Evan is financially and mentally prepared, and so are you, right? What are you waiting for?” Melissa seemed to be persuading Grace as if she had gotten a secret request from Evan to do so.
Mrs. Dominguez, who had heard Grace and Evan's names being called many times, even though she didn't understand the whole conversation, did something unexpected all of a sudden. "Grace y Evan," she said, forming a heart with her fingers.
Both Grace and Melissa then chortled. The middle-aged woman turned out to be familiar with a symbol that was only popular among youngsters.
“Pastanya siap[1].” Mrs. Dominguez spoke a short sentence in Indonesian which she had recently learned.
“Ah, then please call the gentlemen, would you, Grace? We’ll have la pasta especial de Señora Domínguez for breakfast together.” Melissa aske
