Even though I was so tired and sleepy I was finding it so hard to sleep. It wasn’t because I was uncomfortable, for God’s grace I had changed everything in our bedroom.

Anything that smelled like Rebecca, I removed it and at some point thought I was mad especially when I was throwing out all the bathroom staff, I suspected she had used it.

But still I was finding it hard to sleep, I turned to Gale and he was already fast asleep. It was now when I started begging sleep to come to me but still no reply.

I sat up with a sigh and got off bed, there was no use in trying so why not think of something else at the moment.

I moved out of the bedroom to the kitchen, maybe something to drink would help. I looked towards the wine cellar, and then down at my feet. I had never drank wine before but now I felt the need for it.
