“Do you know how to do makeup?” I finally asked after hesitating over an hour. Freya looked up to me and paused from reading. “You know, embellishing cosmetics on my face, possibly making me a woman for the first time, and dressing me up like a princess?”

And, yes, I asked it like I am not in a body as the most beautiful vampire countess. Of course, Countess Marissa is beautiful, but Madeline is just a simple woman who is a fighter; never a woman in a classy dress and hair with flowers.

“Of course,” Freya said and lowered her book so that she could regard me completely. “Even though I look like a warrior, I still have that feminine energy. I even remember how all of the women in town came to me when they had a party last month as they wore beautiful rag dresses. All of my cosmetics had already been sold out.”
