“Wait, Your Highness! It's dangerous outside!” The royal physician warned but it was too late. Ron had already stepped out. 

Holding the babies, they followed Ron but remained just by the doorway, wondering what the human Prince/ their Queen was about to do.

The royal physician and Cordin were sweating bullets. If anything should happen to Ron, they were going to be in huge trouble but what could they do? Their Queen wasn't listening to them.  

The hallway beyond was thick with tension as the Queen Mother, Princess Mariel, and Nemyra stood guard at the infirmary entrance, their weapons raised and eyes locked on two towering figures just a few feet away until they heard the infirmary doors open and turned.
