Chapter 59

George's POV 

Shaking hands with Gary, I took her to my car while Gary headed to his. The court had made their own decision, the Alpha king was under turmoil now, many were calling for his resignation and the abolition of most of the Royal rules. 

These popped up when I checked on my phone. I decided to call Christian, my personal assistant at the palace who has been communicating with the maid I got the number from. Right inside my car with Mary on my side, I tapped on his name. The call was made and his phone began to ring from the other end. 

Mary gazed at me with her lips slightly parted, Gary passed by at this point, blowing the horn of his car to indicate that he was gone. I raised my hand in a wave to him, the same as Mary. I released a heavy breath. 

"I'm calling Christian now, he needs to come to the estate. Let's talk."
