Chapter 20. Evora Lorelie
Evora is happy. This month the habit is to disturb the Beta. Every morning and evening, she always visited Romeo's Inn. Like this morning, still wearing pajamas, she opened Romeo's apartment as if it was a common thing.
The first thing Evora has to do is prepare a coffee along with a low-sugar breakfast that is asked indirectly by the man himself. Evora knows that maintaining the stamina of a Beta does not necessarily make Romeo eat food haphazardly.
And this has instead become the most enjoyable routine for Evora. Seeing the stiff face of the Beta, especially her funny behavior, makes the werewolf look adorable.
The last time a surprising thing came to her was when she was offered to give five hundred dollars a night. It was Romeo's trick to keep herself from not staying in that guy's unit. Evora widened when she heard Romeo's offer. She would probably be poor if she gave so much money to Romeo in a day. What if a week or even a month?
