We told Madison that we had to leave, so she packed some pastries to go for us. Austin kept calling Daisy to find out where we were and was asking if she could come pick her up but she insisted that she was fine and would be there soon.

Of course, Liana and I kept teasing her that Austin was hell over heels for her and she shouldn’t give him a hard time.

I was more than happy for Daisy because at least one of us has a beautiful relationship and would be starting their own little family soon.

It was past nine when we reached the moonlit pack and drove to Austin’s bar.

The waiter quickly attended to us as we walked in. Even though they didn’t recognise me as Lucas’s wife, they knew Daisy was their boss’s girlfriend and Liana was Ian’s wife.

When we entered the VIP room on the top floor, the four men were already there. They were sitting on the sofa, drinking and chatting among themselves.
