Chapter 17. Till Death Do Us Part
I stared at Dean, my heart beating rapidly.
There was no lying-my-way out of this.
That had been a vivid dream, and I had called his brother’s name a million times.
Silence echoed as we stared at each other in the dim-lit bedroom.
“What can I not find out?”
“What?”
“Who were you talking to in your dream?” Dean’s voice was deceptively low. “What can DEAN not find out?”
My heart thumped hard against my chest, and resumed the normal beat again.
He would not be asking if he knew.
“I don’t know what you are talking about.” I started to roll out of bed. “It was a dream.”
Dean yanked me back, and I found myself staring into his eyes
