Someone approached the two slowly. Eve bolted up as did her best friend Maira.

"Robert? Why are you here?" asked Eve, looking confused.

"He didn't go with you, Eve?" asked Maira looking at Eve. 

Eve, who was stared at by Maira, quickly shook her head as she spoke, "No! It was just the two of us here! Did you follow us, Robert? Did Allan tell you to follow us, did he?"
