Chapter 59. The Awaited Proposal

Lia was about to speak when the microphone bumped, causing a reverberation in the speakers. They all slowly strolled back to the audience, where they saw the band leave the stage and Kayden walk up to the piano.

"Oh my! You didn't say anything about your brother being a pianist." Lia exclaimed. 

"Is he gonna play for his wife?" Her eyes twinkled. When she looked to her side, she saw that Edward was no longer there.

"Edwa—" Lia didn't have time to call out his name or even move her feet when she heard her name from the stage.
