Fallon’s POV
It took a minute for me to make sense of where I was and whose arm I was wrapped in.
Darius’s golden brown eyes met mine. “Good morning,” he whispered.
“Morning,” I whispered back, my eyes trailing his naked skin, which I could now fully see thanks to the daybreak light.
He scoffed, “Never woken up next to a hottie, have you?”
I smirked, escaping his grip.
“Should be asking you that. When was the last time you woke up next to a woman like me? Bet you’ve never,” I said, clicking my tongue.
“Remind me to punish you better next time.”
I blushed at the memory of him smacking me just the night before. Instinctively, my hands reached to my butt, slightly rubbing the area.
“Still hurts?”
I gave him a look. “Did I just hear an empathetic word from you?”
He scoffed at me, “Don’t get used to it.”
