Chapter 32

Zen ignored his brothers on the other side of what they were saying. He immediately grabbed my hands and pulled me back to his room.

"Zen! There's a meeting later! Don't forget!" Evan shouted, to which Zen didn't answer. We just kept walking until we reached his room again. I noticed that the magic mirror was gone again. It looks like Zen has hidden it from me again.

"What are we going to do here? We have to go out to Zen." Instead of answering me, he quickly picked me up and laid me back on the bed. He looked at me lovingly, as if I were the most beautiful vampire he had ever seen.

I couldn't help but smile as he gently stroked my long hair.

"You're so beautiful, Claret." I can't count how many times he's said this to me.

"Dear prince, we can't stay here all day," I said, laughing. He just grinned at me as he continued stroking my hair.
